Leadership Development Continues After the Workshop

The Manager Practice Circle helps managers continue applying what they have learned through structured reflection, practical discussion and ongoing accountability.

Leadership behaviour rarely changes through information alone.

Managers need opportunities to apply new approaches, reflect on what happened, address practical barriers and remain accountable for the actions they committed to taking.

The Manager Practice Circle provides a structured development environment for managers who have completed a Warrior Architect workshop or organisational programme.

It is designed to help participants turn leadership learning into consistent workplace practice.

What the Manager Practice Circle Includes

Who the Practice Circle Is For

The Manager Practice Circle is intended for:

  • managers who have completed a Warrior Architect workshop;
  • participants in a company leadership-development programme;
  • new and developing managers;
  • team leaders and department heads;
  • experienced managers implementing specific behavioural changes;
  • organisations seeking continued support after an initial workshop.

It is not currently designed as an open social network or general personal-development group.

Access is provided through individual membership or an organisational programme.

Practical Leadership Issues We Explore

Practice Circle discussions may include:

  • delegating responsibility without losing standards;
  • creating clearer ownership;
  • handling difficult performance conversations;
  • responding calmly under pressure;
  • setting and reinforcing expectations;
  • reducing over-involvement in operational detail;
  • supporting underperforming team members;
  • making decisions with incomplete information;
  • moving from technical expert to people leader;
  • maintaining accountability without micromanaging.

Participants are encouraged to bring genuine management situations while respecting confidentiality and professional boundaries.

How It Works

For Individual Managers

Managers who have completed an eligible Warrior Architect programme may join scheduled online practice sessions and access selected development resources.

For Organisations

Businesses can include continued support as part of a leadership workshop or 30-day implementation programme.

Organisational arrangements may include:

  • private sessions for one company;
  • mixed sessions with managers from different organisations;
  • monthly group implementation meetings;
  • sponsor updates where agreed;
  • additional coaching or facilitation.

Important Confidentiality Principle

Participants should not share confidential company information, employee medical information or personally identifiable details during group discussions.

Workplace situations should be discussed in a way that protects individuals and organisations.

Current Availability

The Manager Practice Circle is currently available by invitation to Warrior Architect workshop participants and organisational clients.

We are developing a broader membership option for managers who would benefit from structured leadership practice and peer learning.

Help Your Managers Sustain What They Learn

A workshop can create awareness and provide practical tools. Continued application is what turns learning into a change in behaviour.
